Terms of Use

By accessing or using the The Forgewebsite, interface, or related services (collectively, the “Interface”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Interface. Connecting a wallet and accepting these Terms is a condition of using The Forge with that wallet.

The Forge is a permissionless token launch and trading interface that interacts with smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain Testnet and related networks. The Interface may display data, prepare transactions, and help you submit them. The smart contracts themselves are autonomous software. We do not custody your assets, do not execute trades on your behalf as a broker, and do not control wallets you connect.

On-chain state is the source of truth. UI labels, estimates, and documentation can lag or be wrong. Always verify transaction details in your wallet before signing.

You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and to use blockchain software.
• You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where use of the Interface or the underlying protocol is prohibited.
• You are not subject to sanctions administered by the U.S., EU, UK, UN, or other applicable authorities, and you are not acting for a sanctioned person or entity.
• You will not use the Interface to violate any law, including securities, commodities, AML/CFT, sanctions, or consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet these requirements. We may block or restrict access to the Interface at any time without notice.

Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Tokens launched or traded through The Forge are extremely speculative. They can go to zero. Liquidity can be thin or disappear. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Networks can halt or reorganize. You alone are responsible for your decisions and for any losses.

Only use capital you can afford to lose. Do your own research. If you need advice, hire a qualified professional who understands your situation.

If you create or launch a token through the Interface, you are solely responsible for the token's metadata, marketing, legal treatment, and any claims you make about it. You must not launch tokens that impersonate others, facilitate fraud, or violate applicable law. Permissionless deployment does not mean your launch is lawful where you operate.

Protocol parameters (fees, supply, locks, anti-snipe windows, graduation thresholds, and similar rules) are defined by on-chain configuration and may change via redeploys or governance. The Interface may show current parameters for convenience only.

You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and devices. Transactions you sign are irreversible once confirmed. Gas fees, slippage, MEV, failed transactions, and front-running are inherent risks of public blockchains. We are not liable for losses arising from those risks or from third-party wallets, RPCs, bridges, or explorers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Interface for illegal activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Interface, related infrastructure, or other users.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, scrape in abusive ways, or bypass access controls.
• Misrepresent affiliation with The Forge, or use branding to deceive others.
• Upload malware, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

The Interface's design, branding, and original content are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Interface for personal or internal use consistent with these Terms. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

The Interface may integrate or link to third parties (wallets, RPCs, bridges, indexers, analytics, IPFS gateways, explorers, and similar tools). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security.

THE INTERFACE AND ALL RELATED SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR CONTRIBUTORS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR PROTOCOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE INTERFACE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW IF THAT CAP IS UNENFORCEABLE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Forge operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Interface, your tokens or transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or any applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Interface after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may require renewed acceptance through the Interface.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators of the Interface, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply and cannot be waived. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory rules.

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the project's official channels listed on the Interface. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or funds to anyone claiming to represent support.
